Directed the culinary pre-opening of UM Beach House Ibiza, managing the project from planning through launch and continuing to lead operations into the 2024 season.  Oversaw operational readiness, team recruitment and training, procurement, menu development, and the implementation of systems and standards to ensure a succesful opening and sustained operational excellence.
