Led culinary operations across 17 venues during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, succesfully launching multiple food & beverage concepts throughout the tournament.  Directed a team of more than 250 culinary professionals, overseeing menu development and execution, food quality, production planning, procurement, staffing and daily operations to delivery exceptional hospitality at one of the world's largest sporting events.
