Hired by the Ritz-Carlton to lead the pre-opening, launch, and culinary operations at the USA Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020.  As Executive Chef, oversaw the development and successful operation of two American-style restaurant concepts, managing menu development, kitchen operations, procurement, staffind, training, and quality standards to deliver an authentic American dining experience throughout the six-month World Expo.
